PRIVACY

Your ticket details stay out of analytics.

TiQetSlash uses limited website measurement so we can understand which public-information pages and tools people find useful without collecting the contents of a ticket.

Ticket scanner

The current ticket scanner processes the selected image inside your browser. TiQetSlash does not upload or save that image. The scanner’s analytics events say only that a scan was started, completed, or followed by an information view. They do not include the image, recognized ticket text, statute, court date, speed, amount, or any other ticket field.

Website analytics

TiQetSlash uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and a small set of feature actions. This helps us understand organic search traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics may store a first-party identifier in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions.

We remove URL query strings before sending page locations and disable Google Signals and advertising personalization. We measure the cleaned words entered in the violation-search box so we can identify missing guides. Those terms are length-limited and replaced with “redacted” when they resemble an email address, URL, phone number, or long ticket or identification number. We do not send ticket photos, recognized ticket text, manual ticket-entry fields, names, phone numbers, or lawyer contact details.

Google describes how it processes information from sites that use its services on its business privacy information page.

Information you choose to send

If you contact TiQetSlash by email or another method, the information you send may be used to answer that request. Do not send a driver-license number, Social Security number, payment-card number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
